Now bring us some figgy goat cheese
Inspired by a recipe on the inside of a fig container (but which I did not have most of the ingredients for), I developed a tasty little fig appetizer....
Split each fig lengthwise, drizzle a little bit of honey on each half, then top with a bit of goat cheese.
Easy.
Delicious.
Disappears very fast.
